Terms of Service
Last updated: 30 May 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Boolba website and services in Australia. By creating a profile, posting a job, or otherwise using Boolba, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who can use Boolba
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to work or hire in Australia. You’re responsible for keeping your account details accurate and secure.
2. Profiles and job posts
- You agree the information you provide (skills, tickets, rates, jobs) is true and current.
- You won’t post unlawful, misleading, discriminatory or harmful content.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach these Terms.
3. The SMS activity mechanic
By providing your phone number you consent to receiving service text messages, including the activity check-ins described in our Privacy Policy. Standard carrier message rates may apply. You can opt out as instructed in those messages.
4. Matching and hiring
Boolba connects workers and employers but is not a party to any employment or contracting arrangement between them. We don’t guarantee job offers, hires, pay rates, or the conduct of any user.
5. Fees
Creating a profile is free for workers. For employers, posting jobs and browsing matched workers is free; you pay a fee to unlock a worker’s contact details in order to make contact about a job. Any fees will be made clear to you before you’re charged, and there is no commission on a hire.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Boolba is provided "as is" and we limit our liability for any loss arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll post the updated version here with a new date, and significant changes may be notified to you.
